Theme:
“Our theme this year, ‘Fiesta del Californios’, is really a celebration of the spirit of the people who came together to create California as we know it”, stated Hendrik Smeding, Rotary Winter Ball Chairman. “Roughly from the Mission period to the Gold Rush, ca. 1800 to 1850”, Smeding added.
Attire:
Guests may choose to wear period costumes or formal attire. They will be served extraordinary Napa Valley wines, a sumptuous dinner by Silverado Brewing Company Catering Division, and have the opportunity to dance the night away to Pride & Joy, the Bay Area’s favorite dance band.
Auction:
Internationally renowned auctioneer, Fritz Hatton, will be on hand to oversee bidding on some two dozen live auction lots including David Abreu’s “Macho Magnums”, dream vacation packages, fabulous Napa Valley wines and fantastic group dinners and activities.
There will be a wonderful array of silent auction lots, as well.
